Ingredients

• 1 x 10” tortilla wrap
• 80 – 90g raw Chicken Joes sliced chicken
• Handful of lettuce
• 1 table spoon low fat mayonnaise

Instructions on how to prepare

1. Place sliced chicken in a deep oven dish, then place in the oven at temperature between 175 °c – 180 °c for 35 – 40 minutes depending on your oven.
2. During cooking the chicken stir every 10 – 15 minutes this ensures that the chicken does not mould together.
3. Place your wrap on a round plate then sprinkle lettuce evenly over the wrap leaving an inch space from the edges.
4. Then evenly spread your low fat mayonnaise over the lettuce.
   
5. Once the chicken is cooked cool for 2 minutes, now place the chicken in the centre of the lettuce and mayonnaise and begin to fold the wrap.

How to fold the wrap

Fold the right side of the wrap into the centre, then fold the bottom of the wrap to a quarter of the way then finally fold the left side of the wrap to the centre ensuring all the contents of the wrap is secure.
