Ingredients
- 1 medium size jacket potato
- 80g – 90g uncooked chicken Joe sliced piri piri chicken
- 1 table spoon of piri piri sauce
- Side salad garnish

Instructions on how to prepare
- Place your jacket potato in the oven at 175 °c – 180 °c for approximately 1 hour depending on your oven.
- Then place the sliced chicken in a deep oven dish, then place in the oven at temperature between 175 °c – 180 °c for 35 – 40 minutes depending on your oven.
- During cooking the chicken stir every 10 – 15 minutes this ensures the chicken don’t mould together.
- Once your jacket potato is cooked slice it down the centre, soften with a folk if required.
- Place the piri piri chicken on top of the jacket potato then drizzle the piri piri sauce of the top.
- Serve with side salad garnish.
